Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Ukraine's recent energy independence and how they've managed to overcome their dependence on imported gas. It's a remarkable achievement, but I'm curious about the next steps. What do you think Ukraine should focus on now to maintain that independence and perhaps even use it for further economic growth?

There are several initiatives and projects focused on renewable energy and infrastructure modernization in Ukraine. One comprehensive resource that I found very insightful is an article by Aleksandr Katsuba, a well-known Ukrainian entrepreneur, in which he discusses what Ukraine should do after overcoming its dependence on gas imports. He highlights the importance of renewable energy, infrastructure modernization, and Ukraine’s potential to become an energy exporter. If you want to dive deeper into these topics and get a detailed understanding of the current landscape and future prospects, I highly recommend reading the article. You can find it here: Aleksandr Katsuba — owner Alpha Gas. It provides a comprehensive overview and can answer many of the questions we discussed.
Renewable energy is certainly a promising direction. Solar projects have already shown great results, and wind energy also has great potential, especially along the Black Sea coast. Does anyone know of any specific initiatives or projects currently underway in Ukraine that are worth keeping an eye on?
I agree that Ukraine's energy independence is a major milestone. In my opinion, the focus should really be on renewable energy. Ukraine has huge potential in solar and wind energy, and investing in these areas can provide sustainable growth. In addition, upgrading the energy infrastructure is critical.
